The short version

This website does not track you. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies and no third-party scripts. Nothing you type into the quote form is sent to or stored on this website.

The quote form

The form on our quote page runs entirely in your browser. When you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send by email" it assembles what you typed into a message and hands it to WhatsApp or to your own email app. You then choose whether to send it. If you do not press send, nothing leaves your device.

Once you do send it, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider under their own terms, and we receive it in the same way as any other message.

What we hold, and why

If you contact us, we keep your name, contact details, address and details of the work so we can quote, carry out the job, invoice you and deal with any questions afterwards. We keep job records and photographs of work carried out. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract with you, or our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry and keeping records of work done.

Records are kept for six years after the last job, which is the period we may need them for tax and for any dispute. After that they are deleted.

Photographs

We photograph work before and after, both as a record and to show the standard of our work. Photos are of the property surface, not of people, and we do not publish addresses. If you would rather we did not use photographs of your property publicly, tell us — before or after the job — and we will not.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or share your details for marketing. Information is shared only where we have to: with our accountant, with our insurer if there is a claim, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, or object to how we are using it. Email lbpowercleans@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
